(up to 3 months before date of arrival - no cancellation fee
until 1 month before date of arrival - 40% of the total price,
until 1 week before the day of arrival - 70%
and in the last week as well as at "no show" 100% of the price)

Travel insurance and cancellation policy: It is invariably and exclusively contracted only in accordance with the provisions of the AGBH, with the proviso that a cancellation fee according to the AGBH is only an agreed lump sum minimum amount and the assertion beyond going higher damages by the hotelier therefore not affected and unrestricted possible and in the event of a cancellation, a down payment made is not considered a partial payment, but rather is credited to a cancellation fee resulting from the stipulation of AGBH. We therefore recommend the conclusion of travel insurance.
